One Year International Warranty

Warranty

Your OPPO smartphone has been manufactured to precise standards, and with rigid quality control through every process of manufacturing. It is warranted by OPPO against defective workmanship or materials for one year from the original date of purchase. Ascension International Trading Co., Ltd. (OppoStyle) will only honor warranties for OPPO brand products sold on OppoStyle.com. Ascension International Trading Co., Ltd. will facilitate with OPPO the repair or replacement of the product which is returned us, with new or reconditioned parts or products. The warranty will be provided by OPPO as manufacturer.

This limited warranty covers noncommercial use of this product, and shall not apply to the following, including, but not limited to: applications and uses for which this product was not intended; altered IMEI or serial numbers; self-disassembly; consumption/perishable items; free/promotional items; cosmetic damage or exterior finish; batteries and cable accessories; accidents, abuse, neglect, fire, water, lightning or other acts of nature; incorrect electrical line voltage, fluctuations and surges; failure to follow operating or maintenance instructions. OPPO does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of the product. This limited warranty shall not extend to anyone other than the original purchaser of the product. It is nontransferable and states your exclusive remedy.

Exception is made for the accessories included in the original OPPO devices box and other products that might be offered as complimentary or purchased separately (Power Banks, Covers, Chargers, Wireless Headsets, etc.). THE FOREGOING WARRANTY IS THE ONLY WARRANTY WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCT AND OPPO MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY WHATSOEVER, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE PRODUCT INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT WILL OPPO BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, EVEN IF SUCH DAMAGES RESULT FROM NEGLIGENCE OR OTHER FAULT.

THE STANDARD WARRANTY PERIOD IS NOT EXTENDED IF WE REPAIR OR REPLACED THE WARRANTED DEVICE, BUT IT WILL RESPECT THE WARRANTY PERIOD OF THE ORIGINAL (PREVIOUS) DEVICE'S WARRANTY PERIOD.

FOR UPGRADED DEVICE, IF THE UPGRADE IS MADE WITHIN THE 30 DAYS BEFORE YOUR ORIGINAL WARRANTY EXPIRED, YOU WILL RECEIVE ADDITIONAL 30 DAYS WARRANTY COUNTED FROM THE DAY YOUR PREVIOUS DEVICE'S WARRANTY ENDS. 

FOR UPGRADED DEVICE, THE STANDARD WARRANTY PERIOD IS EXTENDABLE TO 1 YEAR WITH A SPECIFIED COST AND ONCE EXTENSION IS PURCHASED, THE PREVIOUS DEFECTIVE DEVICE'S WARRANTY IS NO LONGER VALID. OPPOSTYLE RESERVE THE RIGHTS TO PROVIDE DIFFERENT SOLUTION DEPENDING ON THE AFTER SALES PRODUCT AVAILIBILITY AND EACH WARRANTY CLAIM WILL BE EVALUATED CASE BY CASE.

To obtain warranty service, please follow these instructions:

1.
Visit our Support Portal where you can find all the troubleshoots necessary to solve most of the issue you may experience with your device.
2.
If you determine that your product needs service, you will be provided with a link to our RMA system through which you will be able to request assistance and in case have your product replaced.
3.
Pack the product securely and according to the instruction provided. Please ship it to the address provided on your return label with a reliable postal service including the RMA number we provide you on it as you are responsible to track your shipment to make sure it is delivered and received by our warehouse. OppoStyle will not be responsible for any loss if the package is sent without prior authorization of the RMA, without the RMA number or to a direction different than the one provided in the label.
Please keep your shipping receipt as we will reimburse your  shipping costs up to €20 or US$ 30. Your warranty will be facilitated by us and we will send you replacement device free of charge.
