Terms of Service

We will provide you with a full replacement or refund of the product's purchase price if the product has defective workmanship or materials upon arrival (DOA), and also reimburse your return shipping costs.

Accessories can only be returned in a new and unopened state.

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you wish to return your product for any other reason, we will provide you with a full refund minus the original shipping costs. Please note that shipping costs, even when marketed as "free," are non-refundable. We estimate the average cost for shipping to be €20 EUR.

You are responsible for returning the product to us.

To return an OPPO product for refund, please contact customer support within 30 days of receipt. Please provide your order number for faster service.

OPPO smartphones come with a one year manufacturer's warranty, starting from your date of purchase. Accessories such as headphones and chargers come with a half year warranty. OppoStyle will help facilitate the warranty between you (the customer) and OPPO.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, orders for in stock items are normally processed within 3 business day Monday-Friday from the date the order is placed and payment is received. Orders pending security review may be delayed.

Altering your order after payment may or may not be supported, depending on its state of processing. Once an order status changes to "Preparation in progress", there is no chance of changing it.

After a package has been processed, we ship it with DHL from our wareouse in United Kingdom. Depending on destination, it should take between 3-7 business days for delivery.

Customers are responsible for any customs and/or other fees that may be levied on merchandise once it arrives in your country/region. Customs charges can vary widely from one country/region to another. If you are unsure, you should contact the customs agency in your country/region to find out if the items you are purchasing will be subject to customs or other fees.

Delivery Signature Requirement - A delivery signature requirement may be added during fulfillment to ensure proper delivery.

Tracking your Shipment - On the day your order is shipped, an e-mail containing your tracking number will be sent to you. For more information regarding your order while it is in transit to you, please contact DHL with the tracking number.

Furthermore, your credit card information is collected by PayPal's secure servers; we do not have access to nor store any credit card information on our servers.

Our website also employs a web technology called "cookies", which is used to facilitate shopping on our online store, and track your shopping cart to process your orders. They do not contain any personal information about you.

As you browse OppoStyle, advertising cookies will be placed on your computer so that we can understand what you are interested in. Our display advertising partners then enables us to present you with retargeting advertising on other sites based on your previous interaction with OppoStyle. The techniques our partners employ do not collect personal information such as your name, email address, postal address or telephone number. If we reduce the price of a device on our store, we'll refund the difference in price to the customers who place their order within a reasonable time before the device price is changed. After the price reduction date, customers have 30 days to submit a price protection refund request for purchases completed not more than 15 days before the device price changes.
