If for any reason you do not like your device within 30 days from the receipt date, you may feel free to request us to return it and we will not hesitate to accept your product back and refund you the total price of the product ordered minus a compensation for the shipping costs.
The 30 days probation period apply to all devices excluding accessories. Eventual complimentary accessories received together with the device must be returned.

It is warranted by OPPO against defective workmanship or materials for one year from the original date of purchase. Ascension International Trading Co., Ltd. (OppoStyle) will only honor warranties for OPPO brand products sold on OppoStyle.com. Ascension International Trading Co., Ltd. will facilitate with OPPO the repair or replacement of the product which is returned to us, with new or reconditioned parts or products.
All mobile devices sold on our website enjoy a one year warranty provided by OPPO as manufacturer.
This limited warranty covers noncommercial use of this product, and shall not apply to the following, including, but not limited to: applications and uses for which this product was not intended; altered IMEI or serial numbers; self-disassembly; consumption/perishable items; free/promotional items; cosmetic damage or exterior finish; batteries and cable accessories; accidents, abuse, neglect, fire, water, lightning or other acts of nature; incorrect electrical line voltage, fluctuations and surges; failure to follow operating or maintenance instructions. OPPO does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of the product. This limited warranty shall not extend to anyone other than the original purchaser of the product. It is nontransferable and states your exclusive remedy.
THE FOREGOING WARRANTY IS THE ONLY WARRANTY WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCT AND OPPO MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY WHATSOEVER, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE PRODUCT INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT WILL OPPO BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, EVEN IF SUCH DAMAGES RESULT FROM NEGLIGENCE OR OTHER FAULT.
THE STANDARD WARRANTY PERIOD IS NOT EXTENDED IF WE REPAIR OR REPLACED THE WARRANTED DEVICE, BUT IT WILL RESPECT THE WARRANTY PERIOD OF THE ORIGINAL (PREVIOUS) DEVICE'S WARRANTY PERIOD.
FOR UPGRADED DEVICE, IF THE UPGRADE IS MADE WITHIN THE 30 DAYS BEFORE YOUR ORIGINAL WARRANTY EXPIRED, YOU WILL RECEIVE ADDITIONAL 30 DAYS WARRANTY COUNTED FROM THE DAY YOUR PREVIOUS DEVICE'S WARRANTY ENDS.
FOR NEW UPGRADED DEVICE, THE STANDARD WARRANTY PERIOD IS EXTENDABLE TO 1 YEAR WITH A SPECIFIED COST AND ONCE EXTENSION IS PURCHASED, THE PREVIOUS DEFECTIVE DEVICE'S WARRANTY IS NO LONGER VALID. OPPOSTYLE RESERVE THE RIGHTS TO PROVIDE DIFFERENT SOLUTION DEPENDING ON THE AFTER SALES PRODUCT AVAILIBILITY AND EACH WARRANTY CLAIM WILL BE EVALUATED CASE BY CASE.
